PARMESAN CHEESE 24 MONTHS
Made with unpasteurised skimmed Cow's Milk, the parmigiano wheels are left in brine and aged on the wooden shelves for a period of time up to 48 months.
Montecoppe owns and controls all the production chain. Cattle are free to graze in the regional park of Carrega, where the dairy is located, eating only nutritionally selected rich hay and cereals, in comply with the rules of the Consorzio.
Aged 24 Months.
