This Balsamic Vinegar, Named After Andrea's Great Grand Father, took 25 years to gain this dense texture and this complexity of flavours. It is one of the oldest in Andrea's Acetaia.
It can be enjoyed by its own (try one teaspoon after a meal and you will understand) It is great on grilled or grilled vegetables, smoked salmon, canapés, pasta, pizza, risotto, fish, boiled, roasted or grilled meats.
