Located in Bergamo, Since 1961 Marchesi Bakery produces Bread, pastries and other delicacies. In the 90's they started to specialise in the art of Panettone thanks to the Maestro Silvano Marchesi, who already won several regional and national Awards. Marchesi Bakery follows both tradition and innovation at the same time. Every year between June and September tests and develops new improvements to get a better and a newer product.
Every single Panettone is shaped by hand by the pastry chefs and bakers using the sourdough technique, which naturally gives the Panettone moisture and a 30/45 days shelf life, with no add of preservatives or alcohol as you might find in industrial products.
